Due to the diverse tasks in recent years, we have designed a wide product portfolio of plant components for block making plants and had them built with partners. This includes standard components, but also individual custom-made products that the original manufacturer of the system cannot or does not want to provide. Take a look at our interesting solutions.
A special area of our work is the replacement and optimization of the vibration for block making machines. Existing systems can be replicated, but they can also be equipped with advantageous properties in terms of force / speed / service life.
We procure technical machine components worldwide and also export them abroad to enable high-quality machine construction anywhere in the world. Our service in this area consists of specification of the parts / purchasing / intermediate storage / customs clearance / worldwide shipping by air or sea freight.
We have a wide modular system of simplified 3D plant components, with which you can quickly create 3D layout concepts. This 3D layout can then also be used to conveniently develop a comprehensive specification for planning / building a new plant. For block making machines that are used in two or three-shift operation, we have developed a special long-life guide system with a correspondingly long-lasting seal to the guide columns.
The service life of this system clearly exceeds the values of standard systems on the market.
The exact guidance ability of the tamper head is maintained over a long period of time. If the structural requirements of the machine allow it, the system can be built in as a customized retrofit kit.
Do you have a large archive of 2D CAD data or paper drawings? No problem, we use it to model parametric 3D models for parts and assemblies.
You can easily import, edit and use these in your 3D CAD system. We can modify your existing designs on request and implement your ideas according to your design guidelines. With modern 3D CAD systems, development is much more efficient, faster and more economical than with conventional 2D CAD systems.
Even in the early design phase, reliable statements can be made about masses, accelerations, forces, service life - which with 2D-CAD could usually only be achieved after several production runs.
We supply the manufacturing know-how as a consulting service for all mechanical engineering designs that we create. Through long-standing, close connections with numerous manufacturing companies, a very efficient network of partners and customers has developed for us. We deliver the entire manufacturing concept – for everything we do. We start with the individual part, provide detailed advice on the welded assembly, its CNC processing and professional assembly in the overall machine.
