We have a wide modular system of simplified 3D components of the plant, with which you can quickly create 3D layout concepts. This 3D layout can then be used to conveniently develop a comprehensive specification for planning and building a new plant. Take a look at a selection of our concepts that were created at the request of our customers.
As part of a current new building project, we created several different plant plans / layout variants that could be implemented on the existing property. Together with the customer, we develop the optimal concept in the course of discussions.
We then use the 3D layout to create the corresponding specifications with a detailed description of the plant components. Supplementary drawings and CAD documents follow, as well as the informative product list of the stones that are to be produced on this plant.
With such detailed documents of the basic technical concept of the new plant, the discussion and the offer process for the suppliers of the plant technology is much easier.
We optimize the existing or new plant to be built with regard to the basic planning. Advantageous planning, which includes a lot of empirical values of an optimal system operation, will definitely pay off for years to come.
The plant concept must take into account an expected service life of 15-20 years. A "future-proof" planning strategy must also be implemented in the plant from the start on.
Capacity expansions and simple product changes must be planned in advance. We have the experience to ensure that.
